By using Thabir (marketplace, telehealth, and e‑learning), you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. Electronic records and e‑signatures are valid under KSA law.
Thabir acts as an electronic marketplace where Thabir and third‑party suppliers list products; suppliers must display their legal identity and pricing (VAT inclusive). Thabir may act as seller of record for Thabir‑owned products and as intermediary for third‑party stores.
Paid advice is provided only by licensed KSA professionals under applicable telehealth rules. Prescriptions may be issued electronically where permitted. Pharmacists provide medication counseling within their scope.
Courses and webinars may be SCFHS‑accredited; learners are responsible for meeting SCFHS profile and identity requirements. Thabir will register hours where integrations exist; otherwise, certificates are provided for learner submission.
Users must: provide accurate information; no misuse, unlawful content, or unauthorized recording; comply with prescription/controlled substances rules; respect IP rights.
